Q: Condition for parts?

Taifans can offer original new, Refurbished and Used parts. Different price for each. And buyer can select which condition he need.
Q: What's the leadtime?
A:
Taifans have thousands of parts in stock.
1. Stock parts can be shipped out within 2days.
2. Most parts leadtime is 3-7days.
3. Quantities parts and short parts require longer time for booking. 1-5 weeks.
4. Special Design fuse need 2-5 Weeks.
Q: How about shipment?
A:
We ship by DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, ARAMEX, EMS Express or buyer’s own forwarder. We can calculate shipping cost for clients. Some Address be required Remote area service fee.
Q: How about payment?
A:
We accept TT in advance (Bank Transfer with 35usd Extra bank fee, Western Union), Escrow, Wechat, Alipay. USD or RMB payment both are OK.
Q: How about Customs Declaration?
A:
Customs Declaration based on Buyer’s request. Most ask to declare less value on Invoice to avoid heavy Tax for buyer Importing. But some clients require real value Customs Declaration. We can follow real value for Official Customs Declaration with 35usd Extra Customs fee.
Q: What's the Warranty?
A:
Taifans Warranty rule is, All products should be tested according to Datasheet when buyer receive parts before installing on Machines. IF any quality problem for part itself within 30 days without installing on machines, TAIFANS can accept return parts or change parts. If parts destroyed after installing on Machines, will be out of warranty. Because it is out of Part quality problem if parts burned or destroyed on Machines caused by Overload or bad drive board or mistake operation.
